How to use a gift voucher or gift code
If you have a gift voucher or gift code they can be redeemed at the checkout page of the website. Enter the code where it says: “If you have a coupon code, please enter it here” and the page will automatically update with the new total.
How to pay
All prices shown on the website are in pound sterling (£).We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. You can also make payments through your Paypal account. We do not accept cheques, postal orders, cash with order or on delivery or payment in instalments.
How to register
Click on “register” on the top right hand side of the page and fill out the required information.

If you have forgotten your password click 'forgot password?’on the homepage and your password will be emailed to you.
Delivery costs and schedule
We use a postal courier company for all our orders and aim to deliver within 2-3 days upon receipt of purchase.
Delivery times are between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday only and a signature will be required.
Delivery cost is £4.99 for packages that weigh up to 31.5kg.
For next day delivery the cost is £7.99 for packages that weigh up to 31.5kg.
The above times and costs are for delivery to mainline UK only. For delivery to Ireland, Scotland and The Channel Islands, the delivery cost is £10.30 for packages that weigh up to 31.5kg.
Please note - for next day delivery service, orders need to be received by 1pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the next working day i.e. Monday except for Bank Holidays. Weekend delivery is available at an extra charge.
Overseas delivery
At present we do not deliver overseas. However, please contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)20 8909 3987 to discuss your requirements.
Free delivery
If you spend over £75 in a single transaction there will be no delivery charge.
Confirmation of order
Once Emporium Japan has received payment in full for your order (including postage and packaging costs), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address given.
Cancelling an order
Cancelling an order must be put in writing, this includes letter, fax or email. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Providing your order has not been despatched, you will receive a full refund. If it has been despatched already then it will be the buyer’s responsibility to return the goods to the returns address set out below.
You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers, removed clothing tags or used the products. However, your statutory rights will be unaffected.

Returns policy
If any of the items are faulty or damaged, the buyer will not be liable to pay for the postal costs of returning the items.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods and the appropriate amount credited to the original credit/debit card used.
You cannot return any food items or once you have opened the product containers, removed clothing tags or used the products. However, your statutory rights will be unaffected.

Out of stock product
If a specific product becomes out of stock or unavailable after it has been ordered, we will contact you via email so that you can choose to either wait for the product to come back in stock or receive a full refund.
